Hey Work It Out Fam,
First of all, Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers and father figures out there. You are so important and never forget it!
Okay, y’all, now answer me this, and be real for a second.

“I’ll start working out when I feel motivated.”

I know for a fact that I have said stuff like this, especially during the summer when I just want to lie out on the beach and do nothing.
Here's the truth:
Motivation doesn’t magically appear — You create it by taking actions yourself.
Even the slightest movement — a deep breath, a glass of water, a two-minute stretch — is a spark. And that spark can build into a flame.
