Hey Work It Out Fam,
We’re halfway through the month — how are you all holding up? ✨
Whether you’re coasting through May like a boss or feeling a little stuck in the mud, I want to remind you that progress doesn’t have to be perfect — it just needs to be intentional.
In this community, we don’t just hustle for a flat belly or flawless skin (although those are sweet bonuses, of course😏). We’re here to Work It Out from the inside out — one mindful move, one kind word, one powerful action at a time.
Are You Feeling a Little Off-Track This Month?
Trust me, it happens. Maybe you are like me and have been skipping workouts, eating more donuts, or struggling to shake off negative thoughts this month as we head into the summer. We’re not alone — and we’re not broken. We’re human, and sometimes we just need to reconnect with ourselves more profoundly! And that’s exactly why I created this 7-Day Mindful Movement Challenge.
This challenge is more than a workout plan — it’s a reset button for your body and your mindset. Over seven days, we focus on:

💭 Reconnecting with your body and intentions
🧠 Overcoming mental resistance and building self-discipline and love

Wellness Boost: Detox Water Fit to Help You Reset 💧🍋
Let’s talk hydration! This 7-Day Mindful Movement Challenge is a full reset, so I have added this easy detox water recipe that supports digestion, helps beat bloat, and keeps you feeling refreshed — mentally and physically.
💦 This Is My Go-To Refresh & Reset Water Recipe:
1 mason jar or large water bottle
4-5 slices of cucumber
2 lemon slices
A few fresh mint leaves
Optional: a few thin slices of ginger
Fill with cold water + ice
Let it infuse for at least 30 minutes
Take it with you and sip all day for a natural energy boost. ✨
Progress, Not Perfection: Be Proud of Every Step You Take
You don’t have to be perfect — you just have to show up. Showing up looks different every day for each of us. Some days, it’s having the time of your life in a workout. Other days, it’s drinking your daily water goal, or taking a moment to breathe deep before a stressful meeting. It all counts towards the full wellness of your being.
